You can request deletion of your MessageShield AI account and associated data here, including after uninstalling the app.
Request deletion
- Email jaydeep.sawale97@gmail.com from the email address registered with MessageShield AI.
- Use the subject MessageShield AI account deletion and state that you want your account and associated data deleted.
- We will verify account ownership and reply about your request. If you cannot access your registered email, contact the same address for help verifying ownership.
Do not include your password, OTPs or message contents. This link opens your email app; review and send the email yourself.
What the request covers
Deletion covers your MessageShield AI account, its associated analysis history and stored processed-message records, and its Firebase authentication record. It does not delete your Google account. Uninstalling MessageShield AI or signing out does not delete these records.
Service-provider logs and backups may remain until their retention periods expire. If any information must be retained for a specific legal or security reason, we will explain the applicable exception when handling the request.
