Delete your Legal Lens account and data

Request account deletion

Email jaydeep.sawale97@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject “Legal Lens account deletion”. State that you want your account and associated data deleted. This pathway is also available in the app under Account Settings → Request account and data deletion.

Do not include your password, identity documents or confidential legal documents. We may verify that you control the registered email address before processing the request. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and notify you at that address.

What is deleted

Your Firebase sign-in account, profile, preferences, uploaded files in storage, extracted text and embeddings, saved conversations, questions, answers and associated feedback or content reports. If content you submitted was separately approved for the shared platform library, identify it in your request so its removal can be reviewed and completed.

Delete selected data without deleting the account

You can remove individual documents and conversations in the app, or email the same address with “Legal Lens data deletion” and identify the records you want removed. You do not need to close your account to request this.

Retention exceptions

Records required for law, fraud prevention or security may be retained for the applicable period. Copies in restricted backups expire on the hosting providers’ normal backup cycles and are not used for ordinary app operations. AI providers may retain limited operational records according to their policies; we cannot promise instantaneous removal from provider backups.
